I love the countryside and city life as well as all things fashion, hair & makeup (obvs), my gorgeous lil tiger who always keeps us amused and my fiancé who I’ll be marrying in June!
I also LOVE weddings!! Particularly those of a bohemian feel, luxurious glam and uniquely styled! They give me such inspiration, though I am open to all different styles and love creating bespoke looks for brides so they look like they’re fresh from a glossy styled shoot!

I have over 16 years experience in the hair & beauty industry and began my hair & makeup journey 17 years ago where I trained with Plymouth University gaining a Degree in Media Makeup & Hairstyling followed by further training with Beauty Call Academy in London which I ran in the South West just shy of 10 years, I have also trained with Jane Iredale and most recently with the internationally renowned Bridal Hair & makeup academy the Kristina Gasperas Academy.
Flashing forward quite some years later and I made a name for myself in the wedding industry in and around Wiltshire where I have worked alongside some of the best professionals in the hair & makeup industry as well as the bridal industry.
My work has been seen in Vogue, Brides Magazine, and Wedding Ideas Magazine to name a few as well as working with big company names like Disney and Intel as well as VIP clients & the odd Celeb.

In June 2021 I won Best Hair & Makeup Artist South West in The Health Beauty & Wellness Awards, the previous year I was named Best Pro Hair & Makeup Artist UK in the Global Excellence Awards, and when I officially started MK Hair & Makeup in 2019 I won Start up Business of The Year in The Whitewed Awards as well as being a finalist for Most Inspiring Business Person of the Year 2019 which meant so much to me after all the work I had put in to make the business a success. The previous year I was named Best Bridal Hair & Makeup Artist of the Year by the prestigious Global Wedding Awards and I received 4 Awards from the British Hair & Beauty Awards 2017 for Best Bridal and Special Occasion Stylist of the year, Excellence in Customer service, Beauty Therapist of the Year, and Entrepreneur of the Year which has been a great achievement. I also made Finalist in The Whitewed Directory Awards to which I am a member of in February 2018 for Business of the Year.
Previous to this I have also been in the top 5 Makeup Specialists in the country where I reached finalist positions in the prestigious English Hair & Beauty Awards 2014 and 2015 for Makeup Specialist of the Year.
The biggest achievement though comes to me once I have finished achieving a client’s bespoke look. They take their first look in the mirror and you see the confidence shining out of them, and you know they look and feel the best they can and want to be. That hug, thank you, and beaming smile is what it’s all about for me and they are the moments I live for.
I love what I do and I can’t imagine doing anything else!
